GMB was never involved in the coup. It was late Bako and IBB that spearheaded it. Once Bako died during the course or carrying out the coup, GMB who was GOC Jos Command, was called upon as the most senior Nigerian officer to lead the PRC.

GMB never plotted a coup.

If I stay or live in the North, I will also have no other option but to stone his convoy. I can't imagine the pain this people are going through. Economic life - zero, education - zero, freedom of movement - zero. Life is really unfair to them, pls let's collectively vote GEJ out.

Those who use Boko Haram as an instrument to make Nigerians reject Jonathan government are the same people blaming Goodluck Jonathan and stoning Jonathan campaign convoy for not defeating Boko Haram yet.

Have you not seen the thousands of people who crowd out in the open to welcome and cheer Boko Haram fighters anytime Boko Haram captures any area in the north? Does Boko Haram not get most of its arms and ammunition from Nigeria?

Blaming Jonathan for not conquering Boko Haram yet is a most fake and devilish campaign. If Nigerians are together against Boko Haram, Nigerians would have conquered Boko Haram long ago.

Few would understand what inhabitants of these areas are passing thru that makes them to go violent on the presidential convoy.
When loved ones are killed or maimed on a daily basis, your daughters and sisters seized to become sex slaves and your means of livelihood virtually destroyed,aside not having shelter over your head yet you have a president that has neither taken concrete actions,visited nor cordoned with you;even the most laid back can become violent.
One should not make excuses for this frustrated youths, but rather it should be a wake up call for anybody that assumes the presidency that the people in the north have reached their limits.
Its also instructive that this is happening in a PDP controlled state as have been the previous incidents.Everybody wants change from this unbelievable level of crass incompetence by GEJ.
