just want to confirm if Botany names have been released

Just back from uniben engineering and postgraduate school.

First I met the HOD Elect engineering, who told me the department has sent the list to school of postgraduate.

While leaving his office I asked his secretary if He knows when We are likely to start based on pas experience, she said June, that 2013/2014 set Just started second semester lectures. Hmmm sweat full my body instanta.

I came out and checked their notice board lo and behold they started lectures this January, see attachment below. Meanwhile the school calendar for 2014/2015 shows first semester exams are to start by April, see attachment.

I went to EEE postgraduate lecture hall and met some of d guys waiting for lecture and interacted with them. They said the program lasts for 2 years bc they do lectures only two days a week ie monday and tuesdays .But power and machine engineering write exam once not two semesters. I collected their course titles and left for school of postgraduate.

At d school of postgraduate, I met d Dean. A Nice young man. I informed him my department said they have sent list But it's not yet uploaded, He asked if I graduated from federal university, I said yes, He said I should be among then. Later He brought a file for Elect engineering, collected a copy of my application form and checked, He said my name is there But that We should keep checking online May be from next week they will upload them.

I wanted to check for my friend He declined.

I thanked him and left.

That's it oh!

They are uploading it But department by department.

Let's be hopeful, atleast am rest assured my name is there.

I have applied online for msc maths
Though I haven't collected my transcript but it's easy
My question is... . When am I suppose to forward my transcript to Uniben?... Is it after am admitted den during clearance I will submit them coupled with my others forms n documents.. ... Or is it before am admitted... I keep reading this thread and getting more confused... Can anyone just please explain how to go about the transcript n referee form for me.. And how I will know if am admitted or not... Please some one... . If u kind enough u can mail me @ Asemota.gregory@gmail.com I will appreciate...

Tell ur school to send ur transcript to postgraduate school immediately.

U are expected to have sent that since. Nobody knows the criteria they use to give admission. During the application stage We were told to send it tru our schools to uniben postgraduate secretary.
