Please do the p5+ come with external memory card and how do I confirm its actually 1gig ram and is it better than itel 1501, please someone help fast I want to get one today.

Hello ma TECHNO users, my name is SANNI MUTAIRU, a technician @ carlcare service centre opebi Lagos. For complains on any of infinix, tecno and Itel either screen problem, touchpad not responding/broken,not booting,ear piece and mouth piece problem etc... My available numbers are 07062430754.

guys my tecno p5 do hang on the tecno logo when i try to put it on. Any help !!! have wipe cache wipe data wipe anything wipeable even formated the sd card. fast response pls

do you have CWM Recovery installed?If not, download the following;
1.PdaNet
2.MTK droid tool
3. maybe SP FLASH TOOL

Good day to you all nairalanders... I'm an Engineer at carlcare service centre Lagos. For those that reside in LAGOS and you have any problems with your TECNO, INFINIX or ITEL PHONES, whether screen problem, broken screen or touchpad, whether ur phone doesn't boot well(stopping at tecno logo or infinix logo etc), any problems at all you are faced with and you want fast repairs without the hustles, you can reach me via 08038603994 for repairs.And I also use the same number for whatsapp. Please I don't do custom ROM. Thanks!!!!

i have 1 and 2 buh stil i cant do anything if my usb is not connected bcus its in a charge only bfore dhis shit happen.

do you have access to a PC and have you downloaded the drivers and softwares?
if yea, switch off the phone, press power button and volume down at the same time to
enter into factory mode.Then connect your phone to the PC using the USB and you'll
see a pop up ''installing drivers''.
if truly you installed PDANet on your PC,the device will be installed and open MTK
DROID TOOL immediately. Root if you see the yellow box left down or don't root if the
box is green(meaning its rooted already)

Tell me,what was the actual fault,as in, what happened before the phone was stock at boot logo?
If you hadn't installed any thing probable of bricking your phone or corrupting the ROM,then click the ROOT/BACKUP/RECOVERY TAB on the top right and back up the ROM.
I've the original ROM but if yours is not corrupted you will have to flash the ROM back to the phone.

OMG.....the phone is hard-bricked.
Let's try installing CLOCKWORKMOD RECOVERY then to give some wiping/formatting options not included in the original recovery.

connect to MTK DROID software
click the root/backup/recovery tab
Look down and tick the BOOT IMAGE FROM PHONE OPTION,then click the RECOVERY BUTTON
Click yes to the pop ups and reboot phone into recovery from the options provided.

Let's install the CWM first.
Click to CHOOSE BOOT IMAGE FROM PHONE
Then recovery button
