My device will be a Year old on Tuesday and I've not rooted it. Yet I don't av any issues with it.

Maybe I should give rooting a thought. At least my manufacturer warranty will expire on Tuesday.

Use iroot app, once rooted it will install kinguser super SU app, verify root by checking with root checker.

If you want to tinker your phone, go to XDA forum, their quite a few guys especially from India developing for these Chinese OEMs..especially if you are interested in custom ROMs.

phone rooting is not a bad thing. its something I will recommend because I can't do without it

lol you are funny. thats not what I meant. there are some application that unroot phones for a shirt period but later restore the root acess but with the application in my post it will leave no traces of rooting at all on your phone. thats why I said permanently.

If the mobile version of kingroot cant root your device then try the pc version which you can get from
http://kingrootdownload.com/
