After spending hours downloading 900+MB of 1.5GB, my Z10 started installing the update instead of completing it first. Well, the update installation didn't complete either as it returned an "updated interrupted" message. Now am back to square one.

Mine did the same, the 1.5gb got interrupted twice plus the 498mb....i was so angry because it wasted my data....But thank God sha am now on the latest OS

Were you able to complete the download and installation? if fails to install completely, instead of cancelation of the update you could try switching off the phone and back on. it would restart the installation and maybe even complete it.

My Z10 and Q10 have both refused to boot.

The Z10 was having issues sending emails so I tried to do a hard reset but since then, the phone has refused to power on. It will boot up till 99% and nothing again. The Q10, i just cant say what happened but all i know is that it's on a never-ending booting spree too.

I got a new battrey this morning for the Z10 ,thinking it was battrey issue but still its still on the same never-ending booting level. What can I do especially to the Z10? I have got some very important infor. I need to extract from the Z10 before the end of the day. Chai

if its your email you need i advice you go online via laptop or someone's phone. second step is to remove the batteries of both phones, remove the sim and memory cards in both phones. Insert batteries and connect to a power source. holla back

Thanks though it came a bit too late. went to slot and paid 8K to get both phones reloaded. Was done in 40 minutes or so but lost all my files, stored data.
