Seriously chinos you need to do something here, l understand from Ndidi that you changed ur agent after Dec Nacho palava. l must say that this is a case of jumping from frying pan to fire. l mean how can this damn agent not be able to clear goods that have been in Lagos since Wednesday, this is almost one week. if it takes this long to clear goods without customs having internal issues nobody will ever try importation. For me the guy is complete slowpoke and should be dispersed with ASAP. For heaven sake we can't continue like this. Am so pissed off now

Yea, l'm using a new agent which i think is doing a good job. My last 2 shipments he delivered on Thursday (aiming for Wednesdays) The issue with this current shipment is not his fault. I have a customer whom i shipped 47kg of DG (dangerous goods) that shipped in a small wood crate. My airline confirmed they shipped this DG but Lagos can't find it. This is whats going on but my clearing agent has promised to deliver tomorrow.
