Course of Study: Microbiology

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Checking the quantities of goods on display and stock.
Attending to customers daily.
Ability to demonstrate product use.
Ability to market the company’s product.
Building effective business relationships with health care partners and customers.
Undertake and assist in the recording and processing of invoices, receipts and payments as required and instructed.
Provide general administrative support to the Chief Executive and staff team.
Undertake general administrative duties.
Ordering of equipment, materials and office supplies.
Administer the petty cash system and ensure appropriate record keeping.
Recording sales and order information and sending copies to the sales office, or entering figures into a computer system.
Provide after sale service.

Qualification and Experience

Bachelor's Degree In: Health Science, Pharmacy, Biochemistry, Biological Science or Microbiology.
Relevant experience gained in any pharmaceutical or health care industry involving contact with customers is beneficial although training will be given.
