Op you follow pay the tithe abi. The question should be, what should a patriotic Nigeria do in this instance. Well, because Nigerians will always cooperate, corruption is paraded with impunity.

The corruption in Nigeria has since been systematic even before the present government. It is at all levels of government. Most employees of the government and the private sector are concerned about what to take home daily.

Don't go there. The buck stops at the table of our president. The day they decide to fight corrupt, they'll show sincerity in leadership, and every Nigerian must change or you end up in Kirikiri...there are no two ways about it. Just that most Nigerians hear how 20b, 30b, etc get missing from government coffers and we believe that corruption is a Nigerian culture.

We need a president that will stop all this madness...someone who can give a corrupt individual 200 years imprisonment like Buhari used to do. This way, every corrupt person will either stop stealing or do it in fear. That's why Buhari has suddenly become popular with the youths...yes, Nigeria needs a president that can stop corruption because it's either Jonathan doesn't believe that there's corruption in Nigeria or he lacks the guts to fight it, so Buhari is the key.
None of that is possible in a democratic setting like this. I bet that GMB can not repeat that performance with this system. The corrupt officials can always find loopholes to escape the judiciary system.
Have you ever wondered why ibori was acquainted in Nigeria but jailed in England for the same crime?
Its not about who is the president but its about the system.
GEJ is not corrupt mind you.

If Banks, oil companies and other private sector businesses have perfected the art of recruitment via online platforms and even third party agencies, the Federal government has no excuse for its archaic method of paper application that is highly susceptible to fraud.

If this were an online application process, then there would be no room for this type of extortion and should there be a need to audit the process, files can be easily assessed and traced for tamper.

This only shows that the government is hellbent on keeping Nigeria in the stone ages.

Someone like me would just laugh heartily and walk out.

The ICPC and EFCC will not see this matter to investigate.. That how the immigrations service extorted billions from NIGERIANS twice, held sham recruitment exercises twice that led to the death of over 100 Nigerian graduates and till today, no refund has been made and nobody ever faced any repercussions nor accepted responsibility..

What a Nation we live in.

My experience at the railway station yesterday 5th of March,2015 was a very funny one, as i went to submit my application for the ongoing recruitment at the railway station in Umuahia, while I was done with the verifying officers, they directed me to the inner room where I was asked to go and register my application. Lo and behold I met the officers collecting 200naira from each applicant that came to submit their application and u can imagine how many nigerians that is applying for this very recruitment at this critical time of higher rate of unemployment. This guys were busy making their money from unemployed nigerians and I asked them if the money was for the marking scripts 'noboday answered me' shocked[b]
