Worked for me:

Set a goal and be specifc: do a before and after project.

Eat little portions...avoid too many carbs...do weight training on an empty stomach monday to friday.

DISCIPLINE URSELF TO FOLlow this routine.

Drink a glass of zobo every morning. Zobo burns blood sugar and limits absorption of carbohydrates.
I've personally done this for a week and people complement my trim figure.

Most importantly excess food makes belly big especially women. I come to realise that women eat bigger food than men and if you see their belly is like 4 months old pregnant. I have seen a lady who ate 5 wraps of fufu while I struggle to finish 3.

The excess of food taken turns to fat and is stored in the body. Contunious overeating makes you to gain weight which may likely result to obesity

Nice one there... But if you are a guy my advice is for you to go into exercising ur stomach. Ot necessarily going to a gym.
You ca do ur workout on ur bed.
