Hello Sir,
I was also quoted $435 for babys flight ticket. Question: PLS can I buy this round trip ticket on return date at airport or is that leaving it till too late?
Someone had earlier told me that when I get to airport on return date, I could negotiate a reduction of price since flight within US is free for baby under 2 but I wld only need to pay for the Int'l leg back to naija. So do you think I Shd call Delta and pay for the return ticket before departure date or jus leave it till I get to airport on said date?

I have already gone online tho, located my flight and added baby to my ticket which is confirmed. Did that after I upgraded to 17a, one of the premium economy seats.

PrinceAdeAde:
Hello All,

My wife and boy got back yesterday. New learning points to share
1. Buy round trip for baby ticket: Delta quoted about $465 for one way and just $135 for round trip so she sharply tongue purchased the round trip
2. E no easy to travel without support: just stressing this as a lot of mothers have already put in a word on this so you may just want to plan your spouse come arnd and travel back with you
3. DELTA AIRLINE Customer service SULKS: Wifey was extremely mad about their treatment, She requested for wheelchair assistance for instance and only got it in lag, they totally ignored her on the US leg and other stuffs they did. the only issue is that they and united are the only carriers to offer direct flight to US. Gulf carriers are excellent in customer service, emirates is my personal flying favorite

For those planning to give birth in oakbend, tvegas summary nailed all the details you could ever need

There's nothing like leaving it too late as i asked delta US office when they advised me to pay at the airport to request that the rate would not change which they confirmed yes. i would advise you go to their site and get their US customer service line, call them and ask for two way trip price and also ask if that would be the same rate for your travel date if you choose to pay at the airport then make your decision for all the info you gather from this

book it on hold and pay at any gtbank, that's what I usually do with British airway, the bank will deduct the money from your account at the bank exchange rate for the day you pay
.

Ha. That ll be expensive o
Gtb dollar rate is higher than BA's. You can use ur master card to pay online. Ve used my fcmb card to pay before.

Although I have bought my ticket to houston direct, however I am planning to change my poe to Newyork.

So I need to know how you got a domestic flight from new york to houston details and possibly accommodation in new york that is if you stayed in an airport hotel.

Thank you.

For the flight from New york to Houston,i will suggest Southwest Airlines because they are one of the few local airlines that allows you to carry up to two 23kg bags (46kg) free, most of the others will charge you for load. For hotel accomodation, you can try booking.com and search for hotes close to JFK or Laguardia Airports. Hope this helps.

yes it probably might be depending on the rate for the rate but I use gtbank too, so even though i'm using my card it still sums up to the same thing, because it is the day I pay the rate for the same day will be applied, the last time I did this was in Feb at $1 - 191 naira, if your bank has a good rate like diamond bank always does then you rather opt to pay with your card

I will advice you to buy it from 9ja,infact buy i will advice you buy it as soon as possible. Because the sooner you buy it the cheaper it will be. Pls dont wait till you get to new york before buying it o. A ticket that will cost you $150 if you buy it lke 4wks before the date might end up costing you about $800 if you wait till the day of travel.

Please has anyone successfully paid for British Airways online before? or must one pay at their office. online prices are much cheaper than their office prices. When I asked they said they add service charge. I've been trying to pay online but without success.
I booked my ticket on hold via their website and paid through my gt internet banking. Was way cheaper than waka now

I used this hospital and Dr Glenn too. It was a nice experience

I spoke to them at the dr's office they said its $2700 for vaginal delivery and $3200 for C-section but that this is just for the Dr's fees

They said I would have to call the hospital he is affiliated with- Houston northwest medical center to find out the hospital fees. I don tire o
