You don't create customers, you attract them.

its all about marketing and services.you need to advertise your product to near by location.since you've just started, you can call for free training or use penetration pricing to gain customer by giving discount.you have to do marketing both offline and offline and give them reasons why they should patronize your business

I don’t think there is any fixed formula for
getting customers. It’s always a process.

Start from where you are now. Ask yourself:

What problem am I solving?

Who is looking for the solution I'm providing?

Think up many ways people can learn about your
service. Just make sure you have a budget.

Op there are 3 factors that are affecting your business.,,,the environment , your competition and your customers. The environment is affecting your business, your competition and the customers. Analyse what effect it is having and how you can take advantage of this to get a competitive advantage. Ask and answer the following questions. ...what how and where are your competition delivering the value or computer training? Who are they? Why are customers currently attracted to them and not you? What are the weaknesses of your current competitors? What opportunities do these present and how can you exploit then to gain competitive advantage? Who are your customers? Why should they choose to come to your training school rather than the other? Is it cos of pricing, quality of training, location, ambience of class or add ons? How do you think you can align your training to suit these customers needs? The few customers you've had what has been their experience? Are there things they've told you that you haven't done? What are the unique capabilities of your own training school...faculty, equipment, location? What are your resources that you can use to gain competitive advantage. ..? By the time you've had brainstorming sessions to answer these questions you'd be half way there. Good luck.
