@op, I have experienced that before too, my advice is check your z10 software updates and see if you need to upgraded to new version, I used same z10 and glo network, was having same issue too until I upgraded to newer version Os. But all the same try and contact glo customers care line, if they are not picking on 333 call the normal cc line, glo isn't as bad as that.

I think u are right about upgrading. For the past two weeks my phones been telling me to upgrade. Just don't have anybody that cam help me to as I need to connect to wifi

I don't know if am the only one experiencing bad service from Glo. Since last week, I ve been calling their 333 BlackBerry help desk to complain about the poor service I get jn my area...imagine calling everyday for 2 weeks and you are to use the BlackBerry service for 4 weeks.

The problem am facing is if the signal is on 3G, it shows H with the BlackBerry logo and it won't browse, even if it does, it's super slow after which it would change from sos to emergency call only to searching for network. I am so tired and angry right nw. With that, I get a no voice service too.

I ve downgraded to 2G, it shows E with the BlackBerry logo and the browsing is slow and somethings it doesn't browse. I use a BlackBerry z10 and on the BBC month plan. I don't mind switching bt I can't get a better deal else where. Is anyone experiencing the same problem like me.

You are experiencing this because you are using a plan not designed for your phone and so,you wouldn't be able to enjoy all the benefit. You may have being using it but glo is making sure subscribers are not able to use it very soon. For 1000naira,always remember to use the litmonth plan which will give you 200mb. BBCmonth is designed for lesser bb phones. You wan cheat network and so,themselve dey frustrate you. Pele

Whether it holds no water or oil is not my concern. My concern is that he said he uses BBCmonth. I was using that too on my own phone and experienced it myself until I switched to BB10 plans and I haven't had issues afterwards. If there are people who are still unable to browse with the original plan,then its the network where they are.

Recently, GLO has changed. Their services grow poorer evryday its no longer d ntwrk I use to browse with. SOS for long hrs, I can't browse, can't send sms or make or get voice calls if d ntwrk eventually resume. Its not only you my brother.

It became your concern when u alluded the bad network was because he wasn't using the right plan. Anyway. The network gat issues plain and simple

Bros I am feeling ur pain. These cc are so so stupid...I am tired of telling my name, my phone number and where am calling from cos they won't do anything. nw I just call an alphabet letter to them as my name.

I think Glo management are in to defraud and extort us of our hard earn kobo. IKEDC won't give u light and expect u to pay bill, glo go come with their own, govt too...in short we need a credible body that would take poor man's complains serious because this cabals are stealing seriously from us.

Glo has to sit up and get their service right. If they block the BBC month service, I think we would have to switch to android and it would affect BlackBerry sales and their net profit. They need to give us a better plan for our BlackBerry if they want us to subscribe with the right plan.

Glo no join at all. In nsukka (unn) it sucks.

Both my EDGE and 3G Data + Voice Services are very ok....As I dey post this comment, na GLO I dey flex so

I wanted to create this thread before but i thought it was just my area. There is glo mast close to my house and i have full 3g service with H but it is very slow and frustrating to use. My rolled over 2500 naira 4.5 gb bundle is remaining almost 4700mb and it expires at the end of this week. I've already decided to switch over to mtn sme of 1gb at least i can be sure of accessing the internet whenever it is needed. I think they have more traffic as a result of the 3gb bis tweak as many people are using it.

GLO is a very stupid company. Their Internet is total rubbish.

I have no problem with mine.
It's working perfectly

I'm also using Glo in Enugu and it's the same story. The network comes and goes off just like that. I'm actually waiting for my data to expire and I'll throw away this network. It's the worst I've seen.
