Results for the presidential election is being collated at the headquarters of the INEC in Maiduguri of which the opposition candidate, General Muhammadu Buhari is so far leading in about 10 local government areas that have been announced.
The result for the two major contending parties APC and PDP is as follows
Marte Local government APC scored 4262; and PDP got 242 votes.
Kala Balge local Government area APC - 1766; PDP - 98 votes
Askira-Uba Local government APC - 5220 and PDP - 1308 votes
Ngala Local government APC 2,764; PDP -241 votes
Kukawa Local government APC scored 5662; and PDP - 230 votes
Mobbar Local Government APC polled 4487; PDP - 108 votes
Abadam Local government area APC scored 2657; PDP - 70 votes
Nganzai Local government APC got 3,521; and PDP got 211 votes

It is not about winning 24 states but about winning convincingly with higer number of vote more than the opposing party. So far, both parties will have the required 25% from at least 24 states with the FCT, however, the party with more vote is gonna win. With the kind of results coming from the North, which happens to be the stronghold of APC, it appears, it is the end of the road for APC. I dont want to sound pessimistic, I'm only saying the obvious.

What is the percentage turnout of voters in the North?. Less than 55%.

Ever asked why there are no results coming from the SE/SS yet?. They are waiting for the results from the APC strongholds so that they can then manufacture their results from the regions. You will not be surprised if you see turn out in the range of 90% - 95% with 98% of total vote cast in favour of PDP. That is their game plan. With the total PVC collection from SE/SS of about 15M, we should be expecting nothing less than 9M vote from the two regions.

Ever wondered why Card Readers were not used in most of the States in the regions?.

I don't want to be pessimistic, things might happen but right now, all I can say is ITS ALL OVER for APC.

Nairalanders una do well for these ur results. If they rig in SS and SE, no wahala. I just pray Nigerians don't get violent about it. We would be the ones to petition this time around. We would recount the whole election result like it was done in Edo state some years back. The peoples choice might not be the best choice but give them their choice. It's easier to live with the mistakes of your choice than the forced option. Enjoying the benefits of ur choice is better than enjoying the benefits of that which is forced down ur throat cos nothing the leader does will ever please u because u hate d means to the end.
