Get yourself a pressure cooker, if you can. 10mins, your beans is done.

Next time add little akanwa that is d secret for fast boiling

My method of cooking beans..

Put d beans in d pot add water 2 it n allow 2 boil. Wen it starts boiling, u bring down n drain d water away wit a sieve.

Put d beans in d pot again then add fresh water n allow 2 cook. Dis method soften d beans very quickly. Try it op n tnk me lerra

You would end up eating shaft, rather than the protein component inside the beans.

My method:

1. Boil water to 100 degree

2. Pour the beans inside boiling water.

3. Add a lot of Onions

4. Cover it up and Check after 40-45 minutes

5. Add second water, and allowing it to boil for 15-20 minutes

6. Add palm oil pepper and salt and other stuffs you deem fit.

7. Cover it up for another 5-10 min.

8. Stir

9. Call your friends to bring garri and sugar or Butterfield if you are that rich

10. Serve with garii or Bread or Agidi/Eko/Solid Palp! if you're at home
