Power Situation Getting Worse, could It Be Deliberate? by lwise(m): 8:14pm On Apr 15, 2015
Since Friday the power supply has been very erratic. Less than 9 hours of supply for the past 5 days in my area.
But before the Presidential election the supply was stable like average of 20hrs a day.
What could neccesitate the sudden sharp drop in power generated to the national grid?Could it be a deliberate attempt by the Niger Deltans?Could it be a show of displeasure to the result of the presidential election?
If its a deliberate attempt, it shows how miopic they are in their thinking. When Yaradua died, we all stood behind Jonathan before he was made President.
We also support him on his ambition to become the president. His 6 years as a President was a total mess and we kicked him out.If he performed during his first term Nigerians will surely vote for him.He shouldn't blame anybody for his failure in the just concluded presidential election, he should blame himself and the people around him.
For the sake of unity, no region or tribe should hold Nigeria to ransom for whatsoever reason.
Nobody has the monopoly of violence. If civil war start,we shall all live to regret it.
Let's all forget the past and work together to make Nigeria a great Nation.

if it is the niger delta people, then go and get your own energy source.
you cannot continue to borrow energy from them.
borrow borrow cause trouble.

if it is not the niger delta people,
then it is the workers: morale low.

like someone said to me, a passenger in a plane will not pray or sabotage a plane in mid air or pray for the pilot to crash the plane. The south south people need to face reality 'we are for good governance not sentiments thank you'
