Wanted to drop a joke, but wisdom prevailed. This isn't funny, so nobody should joke here.
But I remember back when I used to play GTA...if I stole a car and the cops were after me, I'd head straight for a safehouse or an auto repair shop to get a new paint job. I'd wager Nigerian car thieves have a similar modus operandi.
