Hi, I dropped my infinix zero in ur carlcare center in port harcourt... for almost a month now... I haven't heard from them and I have tried severally to contact them but they don't pick up their calls... is there any other means I can reach them?
P.S. am currently in uyo and won't want to travel all the way to ph only for me to hear that the phone hasn't been repaired..

U move to where the capital letter E is and put a space behind it like this AT+ EGMR=1,7,"". U notice the space between the + and the E. Do it like dat and input d imei its gona work. Goodluck

Carlcare Opebi demanded N8600 for repairs, I don't have the receipt but I still have my carton, my friends who fixed their ow screen in Carlcare Porthacourt said they never demanded for receipt at the centre in porthacourt, but required only his pack/carton.

Please why is this different? Besides I was told that I would lose all my data despite the fact that my issue was that of a cracked screen, this was fixed for my friend who was having the same issue, with his files intact and free of charge with the pack and without receipt, at the Carlcare centre in porthacourt. I lost my receipt, but I still have my pack as evidence of purchase.

Please I would want to know why it's different in Opebi branch.

Take it to carlcare, that's the only thing yu can do. I think you are still covered by warranty.

infinix zero 2gbit can't update. can anybody advice me how to go about it pls. i tried updating it but it is storked at a point and when ever i tried to refresh it or start the download again it will say "you have a download task going on" is a pain in the ass since the phone always get very hot and in the new update is like it's going to solve the hot problem.

Infinix Zero is a great phone... It depends on how u use it..
I've been using mine since November 2014 and i've never been to carlcare.. No fault whatsoever..

The glass of My Zero got cracked and it's affecting the screen reception, and I've been to carl care (Opebi) and I was told the screen was not available, that I should keep calling and checking , and I've been calling and checking for over 3 Months now with the same answer that it's not available yet. and Infinix is also not helping matters, no one has been replying my posts all this while, I finally was told the screen is now available at Opebi's branch last week. Well, after dropping the phone there last week with required formalities, I was told to come back this week friday(Today) to collect it, only to get get there and be told the materials are not available again, what else can one do ? I await your reply and help, thanks
