Here is an advice

Add some money, go to a state capital like Akure, Ado-Ekiti, Lokoja, Markurdi, or any other safe and conducive place in Nigeria and buy a plot of land (prepare your mind to settle with a faraway location as you have a minimal budget). Its easier when you have a resident relative around the location. Do not do this unless you have indigenous "loyal men." State govt approved C-of-O is difficult to get in many parts of the Country.

I did this 4-5 years ago while in school, and the value (cost) of the land has (nearly) tripled. Note: it is only in Lagos, Abuja, P/H and the likes people sell lands at 'millions'. While the land in a town like Makurdi may not appreciate in value when compared with lands in Lagos, you'll still get the value for whatever amount you put in.

A land worth N400,000 in a STRATEGIC place in Ota, Mowe or Agbara in Ogun state is likely to appreciate to N600,000+ after a year. If you can afford the luxury pay, there are several real estate companies in Lagos selling estate lands (this option is safer and many offer monthly installments).

By simply saving/paying N50,000 monthly, you can acquire a land worth N600,000 after 12 months (na faraway bush though).

In whatever option you select, make sure you shine your eyes, sir; or better still, buy a fairly used iPhone 6 and use it while it lasts. Cheers, bro

thanks for this write up but if really true then I would want u to invest with me.
I ve a very reputable laundry service in Benin and I intended expanding from benin to other part of the country in d shortest time.
since u and I re the only share holder in dis business it ll be 40% to 60%.
I hold 40%, while 20% goes back to the business and u hold 40%. which is for 3years where by u get more than 200% of ur money that u ve invested with me

so I would want investors to come in or rather share holders.

U can do business survey on any goods or product u wish to market go to Lagos trade fair or idimota purchase those goods and supply to any trusted marketer e.g provision store .wine or cosmetic shops close to u for marketing then after one or two weeks u will go and collect ur money and do waybill and then supply to them u continue making profit

You can invest in real estate and within a year or more you get a reasonable return(in millions) on your investment.Then you can sell off.

100k is small to start a business IMO. House rent, salary, business materials, etc. Definitely not enough. If the money were more, I would have suggested that you start a photocopying business (especially if you stay close to a uni) and have a staff (u can always track how many pages are copied).

Ah ...i would have suggest you involve in something that the market is still virgin and very few nlnew about it,Though very hot in damand and ready buyers are awaiting to buy from.

Due to it numerous Uses and benefit and that make me see it as king of all oil seed.

The business is Extracting and selling of moringa seed oil....

The only thing you can invest your 100k on now and make profit is purchasing shares from reliable company e.g; dangote and co, etc. On the short run it might look rough but on the long run u will enjoy ur shares. It isn't encouraging to set a biz with 100k in nigeria only if u wnt start a pure water biz. Lol.
