I know one of the problems Amaechi had then that led to his expulsion from PDP was sacking Timothy Nsirim as a council boss and his refusal to reinstate him after the court said he had no powers. The same thing may play out cos I'm 110% sure Wike can't work with these council chairmen unless all of them defect to PDP
