Got me thinking really

Listen to me very carefully, Weed is the best gift God has given man, but it becomes a sin when it is taken excessively I.e when it is abused, just like they say sex is a sin when unmarried people have it. As for me, I smoked a lot of THINGS while in Uni, Infact in my 3rd year, I discovered that weed helped keep me awake at night to study, so every now and then I smoked heavy Atimbo weed, and I was successful. I have since stopped smoking the the three leaved plant, not because it's a sin, but because I have no further use for it.

Smoking weed is not sin, there is no part of the bible that said smoking weed is a sin
Weed intoxicate has much has alcohol, so if the bible allows alcohol, logically it should also allow weed
But In ISlam the Quran forbids alcohol, and any substance that intoxicates or changes the state of mind of an individual, therefore logically smoking weed would be a sin. Althou people interprete that differently and so some musllims smoke while other don't.
I am not a theist, therefore I am not bound by any Religious laws, therefore I am free to do what I feel is right and what dosnt break the human laws of the land

Consuming of weed is neva a sin but abusing it is very dangerous to our health which is a crime but not sin.

@OP, I have never smoked weed but back then I used it to cook rice because I was told that it will make me eat well. It did make me eat well to be honest but I stopped it because I started eating like a fool. I could finish two plates of rice, a loaf of bread and 50cl bottle of coke and still be hungry, so I stopped.

I tasted jegemi once and stopped, not because it is a sin but because I was drowsy throughout the day and that's not good for a business person.

Bible said that everything God created is good when used for the right purpose. Weeding becomes a sin when it controls you...........

How does he sound?

It is not every tree and leaf that are eatable . Some are for human consumption some for animals and some for beautifying .

Not all animals are for eating , as we know ,so also the plants.

The fact that God created something does not mean we should misuse it .

There are no health complications related to smoking marijuana....
Infact smoking marijuana helps to cure numerous diseases and can be used has a form of pain reliever
now alcohol on the other hand kills, its gives liver and kidney diseases
So, make a choice

Even some doctor do recommend weed for patient.. But taking it much can turn to drug Abuse..

The issue is that too much of everything is bad, its written somewhere in the bible. As long as peeps are consuming it in moderation, it should be ok. The issue of Weed being illegal is less of moral principles but for fear of overdose. people might argue a case vs cigarette, You cant compare cigarette to weed. .. dede ciga la guf abughi ofu
