Call them to find out, it could be address verification issue, BVN, transferring more than the required amount.

The $300 limit is just an opinion we were throwing around cos of the difficulty in getting money order, no one has any definitive proof.

A lady on our US give birth thread tried to buy money order @ both walmart & the post office with her FIDELITY MCard & was unsuccessful in both places within the last two days..

She said her friend who works there said they'll work on her card but she hasn't reported back to the thread.

I'm thinking of opening a stanbic account cos of their online rate (yet to find out if its same with their POS as well).
I'm fairly hopeful their international status may make money order a sure thing. Thx..

Okay, it was Gtbank that blocked their card from been used at WalMart. You can try Stanbic card, it should be $0 - $1000 would cost $0.5; I have forgotten though. Try $1000 and if it didn't go then you can try $300, you would be charged less than a dollar.

Hmmmn bosses, I got my UK paypal account limited and don't have any means of removing the limit as I don't live in the UK and as such don't have a UK address and also don't have a UK ID. I have $98 on it so I was looking into doing a jv with someone who has a UK bank account or maybe payoneer, as well as paypal, I need to send $45 to someone and $30 to another, so the person would help me make those payments and would withdraw the funds to his bank account/payoneer via paypal's terms.
