My View On Sudan President Omar AlBashir that flies out of South Africa. #GiveAfricaAVoice... I don’t think #ICC is doing the right thing ordering South African government to make the arrest of Sudanese president for the alleged war crime. They should do it themselves and not trying to bring war between two African countries, besides, what have ICC done about the killing of the innocent as a results of George Bush personal war against Saddam Hussein in Iraq or the recent one in Libya against Muammar Gaddafi. All these wars brought by Wests had claimed hundreds of millions of innocent lives and have to be stopped but what have the ICC done about it ? I can say here that ICC is working directly or indirectly for American overnment to bring down countries that refuse to agree to their selfish policies, expecially, Islamic states. Let their be peace and it is time to understand that the world is having only one problem, and that problem is United State of America #AfricaVoices #OneAfrica #AfricaUnited #FreeAfrica http://facebook.com/iamadigun 2 Likes |

ochilikoko:The icc is hypocritical in its operations. How many of the perpetrators of apartheid in this same south Africa were prosecuted by the icc. The hypocrisy of the icc or better put the 'the international colonial court' though does not make A bashir less a war criminal and the union should start talks on how to curtail and punish such leaders. It is high time Africans unit and gave these Babylonians the middle finger and consolidate the African union. 2 Likes |

The snare is broken, Al Bashir has escaped, His help is in the name of the Lord who made dafur n S/A. Shame on south African government who cannot remove the log from their own eyes yet run after the specks in other people's eyes. |

Ezenwammadu:Judge wasn't silly. NGO wasn't silly. When you're a judge you interpret the law, not the politics. The politics is for Zuma, not the judge. Zuma did the right thing by letting him go to save the AU. As for Bashir, he will get his just desserts someday. 1 Like |

Niggas, if you're signatory to the Rome Statute of ICC, then you are culpable when you screw up. Sudan is, and whoever is in authority from member countries and found culpable of war crimes should go to Hague and defend themselves. Africans are quick to do anything for aids and cry foul when the repercussions start trickling in.. you fukkers signed the accord and blames the west even when you wet your own bed. For your information USA is Not a signatory to Rome Statute of ICC and cannot be prosecuted by ICC in the Hague. Enough of blaming the West! Your very life depends on whatever they hand down to you. That's reality. Until we sit up and develop ourselves and sustain our needs, they will feed us and push us around. What annoys me about this whole thing is the poor reputation of ICC and its discriminatory approach. Not until the international judicial body changes no continent is going to take its demand serious. Meanwhile, Al Bashir is a very wicked and dangerous man that needs to be caged in jail! 1 Like |

Misleading headline. Sahara Reporters should always learn not to mislead people always. Bashir left SA under tight security, yet SR are trying to paint a picture of Alaymesiaye saga. South Africa court cannot arrest Bashir because he is covered by immunity. They can't strip him of the immunity because he was in SA under AU invitation (immunity), not SA invItation. 2 Likes |

Albashir left South Africa with all the diplomat ceremonies at the Airport; he did not 'ESCAPE'. Sahara Reporters is a US embassy sponsored media outlet quoting BBC. Channels TV will show the official departure without any 'tight security' Jacob Zuma is not Obasanjo that betrayed Charles Taylor and handed him over to ICC as is usual with people from his area. 2 Likes |

ronald4lif:Well, it's not like Netanyahu woke up one morning and ordered his air force and army to attack Gaza. He was only defending his people. Blame the stupid, war-mongering Hamas militants who wouldn't stop launching rockets into Israel. They have always been the aggressor and when Israel retaliates, they start shouting, posting pictures on the net, and playing victims. You know you can never beat Israel so why provoke them, knowing full well you will lose. All the accusations they have levelled against lsreal of killing Palestinians, what has it benefitted them?? The dead are gone forever, more restrictions and sanctions in Gaza...yet tomorrow some moronic militants will still go and start launching rockets into Israel. They never learn.Always spoiling for war, to the detriment of their own people. |

Escaping under tight security, omo that kain escape make sense o. I knew SA won't dare hand over Al Bashir. We all know he is guilty but ICC has become hypocritical and Africans must begin to stand up to it. |
