Honestly these people are just irritating to say the least and I can bet that if he had come across a rich civilian they would have ended up becoming friends and he will eventually take his number but once they come across a poor man you see them playing gods.
I got into a verbal attack with a policeman for telling me that I'm irresponsible for driving with an expired paper when I refused to pay him bribe to let me go after I have told him that I just came into the country and didn't even notice the paper on time .
Under no circumstances should anyone accept such humiliation .Have some dignity no matter what.

Of course ignorance isn't an excuse but mind you I have already agreed to leave the car with him and register it in and go get the paper and I have what they call police 'grace' in mild traffic offense but the iidiot was after what he'll get from me and when I wasn't talking that language he started acting up and I taught him his job.

Some persons around begged and reconciled us and afterwards we exchanged numbers and had beer together that same evening and apologized to each other and he was just a simple guy a port harcourt boy too but the uniform makes them crazy sometimes and they hide behind it to vent out their frustration.
