1. Tell them to adjust their behaviour in the next two days ootherwise, they will lose their jobs. If they don't adjust, FIRE them

2. If you like the employee and you enjoy their services, tell them you will not pay them complete salary until after the fasting period.

I would love to see oil workers and bankers try the same shii because they are fasting. To all those saying he should be patient with her, you clearly dont own a business. I am a Muslim, fasting should not be an excuse; however, if you choose you can be considerate and shorten her day so that she closes early e.g. 1 hour before her usual closing time or lighten her work burden or both; but in the long run this should be entirely up to you - though treat her with due respect while upholding your authority as her boss.

On the other hand, her audacity to act in the manner you mentioned suggests to me that you may have probably compromised your position and likely crossed the line between the employer/employee relationship - I suspect some hanky panky already between you otherwise she wouldn't be this daring and rebellious, there is no smoke without fire.

Brother, I am a Muslim and I teach in a Muslim school. My boss didn't say because we are fasting, we should only sit in the class and not carry out our duties as teachers. I'm sure the only food you don't eat during Ramadan is the lunch. Breakfast is the first meal of the day. You eat your. Very heavy breakfast by 5/5:30am. That means you already broke the fast which started after your last meal of the previous day which was dinner or supper. So between 6am and 6pm when you guys eat again...what you are actually missing is just lunch which majority of the masses dont get to eat anyways... And maybe water in between.
