the mail comes immediately after registration not after submission. U only get a notification dat u've successfully submitted after submission.

Please I need help with the DATE OF BIRTH section. Should it be month/date/year or date/month/year. Although I have tried both, none is effective.

Yea..Leave the date that way. its actually month/day/year, But it reverts and saves as a year earlier than what you really input.
