Erosion menace no easy. I just pity the community. A lot of places in Igboland have this problem and it has always defiled every solution. We need to device means of preventing it in the 1st place maybe by planting trees or allowing natural forest to exist in prone area.

You plant trees to prevent "run-off surface water" and the roots of the trees will hold the lose-soil together to prevent leaching.

As it is, this road cannot exist beyond two weeks. I decided to take these pictures on my way back from work this afternoon.

its actually an FG road tho. Buhari should come to their rescue. that road degenerated under GEJ so much. I even expected rochas to at least do it and get a refund but his own roads he constructed with Roche construction aren't any better. on the flip side the people can still pass through my school gate to obinze and then use port Harcourt road to get to owerri. all hope ain't lost
