If it still doesn't show, then your dish have shifted. Try and adjust dish slightly to improve gain

I. Doubt if it has to do with the dish setting as all other channels are very ok only this two channels are having the bad signal.

After upgrading my qsat software all channels are having good signal but SS3N and SS5N are having bad signal.

What will I do to make the signal good, what other TP can I track this two channels ?

I want to believe u are in lagos, if u are then a 4m won't do u justice if u are interested in Sky UK. Get a minimum of a sound 4.5 or 4.7m at least to enjoy most transponders on Sky UK including the 3D and HD channels. Also if u are in Lagos, I can direct u to a professional who can carry on ur task.

I am in Lagos and I do not mind the assistance with a professional. Also, would I be able to get HBO channels too? Don't mind me if I am greedy (laughs). Can you also do a break down of the stations I might be getting.
