There are more than a hundred presidents in the world why is the Zimbabwean president the only one so affected by american laws?

There are over a million problems in Zimbabwe, why is their president so focused on gay marriage law of another country? In another continent?

This guy is protesting too much and making me suspicious about his own sexuality. Someone needs to tell this guy that he is a president of a country. Using his time to mock another country whose citizens have better living standards than his own country's just makes him look pathetic and pitiful.
