I did my interview on thur 2nd 2015...And after the mumbo jumbo I did a little research.
I met one of the technical trainees that are due to graduate in 2015 and I asked him how much dey are being paid.He was very reluctant cos he told me dey are being monitored pointing my attention to a security camera...I made him realise he should calm down dat there is no voice recording in the cam....but after a whole lot of "wyning" He finally decided to talk he told me dey are being paid 25k per month with free lunch bt no transport and accomodation allowance .Then I told him thank you.

Apparently I wasted my time attending that interview. The only advantage was that it gave me some experience on what to expect in an FMCG interview as an Electrical Engr.

he might b saying d truth .me too I equally questioned those guys but no ask salary sha.but those guys are too young to b in our category. abi no b those guys wey dey put coke inside fridge u question.
those guy might b in technical schools. they r even too young to get ond.so wit 25k dey r OK

Its 25k for the past few years that am aware of... Bt they normally recruit OND before so the stipend might change this time, and if nt its definately 25k with a lunch and transportaion (staff bus) bt nothing like accommodation

I think it's 8am-5pm

i won't be surprised if what they pay is 25k...it was stated explicitly that they will pay "stipend " .guys have it in mind that this is not a direct employment... its more like an internship. personally, the money is secondary. the knowledge and experience is invaluable.

Don't be in a hurry to conclude. If the offer is not good enough for you. You can reject it immediately. Has anyone gotten any reply from them?

I askd during d interview n dey said dt was "most likely the final stage". but dnt knw wen dey'll start replying.

R u serious? Lagos candidates were still interviewed as late as Thursday. When they come finalize so fast. I don't think so

No. Is not true. We asked the man told us directly it will take up to 2 months before they call anybody . So relax

Did my interview in porthracourt and tis one of best had attended cos d qtns were on maintenance and i HOPED im gona make it! A bit suprised too at the RESPONSE i gat cos i knew pple in LAG just finalise deir interview....still shocked!!!

Its 30k for HND recruitment.. And there is one guest house for accommodation bt its far from training location. Unless u will be wake up as early as possible to meet up with staff bus. The working hour is nowmal working hr 8am-5pm

Nope... Am nt on the program bt i know enough abt it and also never heard of them recruiting bsc except for management traininee. So u are bsc holder now, it may be the same with HND

Exactly wot one of d interviewer told me. 30k and a guest house at apapa or so. I think Lagosians should know hw far apapa is from Ikeja

so wat happens wen u are posted to any of the plants cos dts part of d program. maybe someone in the system would be in the best place to answer these questions

U are certainly on ur own if u posted to other plants... What u can do is to choose any of their plant that maybe u know someone in that city that can accommodate u. And mind u, u will definately be posted like two times before the end of the programme and its 4 months OJT each time u posted to other plant.

Ok. Thank you. Is it 100 per cent certain that everybody that completed the program will be retain? How much are we going to be paid if we are employed fully. Sorry for asking too much questions.

If u did nt violated any of their code of conduct and graduated successfully, u will certainly be employed and presented TTC Certificate. And for the salary, its CONFIDENTIAL bt we all know NBC is a world class organization so be expecting a world class income

chairman Abeg give us d salary range so dt we go no what we r suffering for. bcz 30k@d end of d months for 18months na real suffering o.if we no d salary range now we won't b disturbing ourselves searching jobs unnecessarily.
