The problem with the country and its citizens is that the enforcement of such laws, like most laws in the country is next to nothing and is exactly why there's pervasive wanton lawlessness everywhere. When u go to most of our zoos today,most of the snakes u see there are not as big as the one they just killed. The idea of killing the snake for the sake of the stomachs of a few people isn't palatable. It would have been better off in one of our zoos.
