I had the first interview on July 3rd and second interview last week Friday at ikj. I pray i get positive mail soon. Do you know any other person that got documentation mail and had second interview at ikj last Friday.

The documentation mail is for the same documents were asked to come with during the interview i.e the pay slips,original cert etc so if you have submitted it to them before then don't worry about it.


Is there anyone here who was allowed to continue with statement of result?

Okay, its done.. They really drilled me! But I feel really good and confident. I had flaws though, I should have a detailed information about stanbic products and services I wasn't expecting that, but I guess I just flowed and I was complimented. Thank God!

That's what they said in the mail but the certificate is not something I can just go and collect. One needs to apply for it and I have already done that. I won't get it till after september.

go to your school and get an attestation letter. that's what my colleagues used and it was accepted. the letter should be addressed to "human capital resources".

good afternoon guys. pls who did their interview yesterday because i did mine too yesterday at 10 am. it went good shaa. most questions bordered on my present job and one of them even told me to talk about my final year project too. but i was invited for business banker interview while i applied for personal banker. i hope that doesnt kill my chances shaa. other that did theirs yesterday at 10am can also share their experiences. i should have collected phone numbers or something.

Were you asked the salary range you would like to earn during your interview?



I asked one of the HR's attending to us what grade entry level would be put on, she said ETA. Any ideas how much an ETA would earn? And how long before promotion to the next grade. Also aside basic salary, are there other allowances attached?

pay?. its strictly against the ethics of the bank. discussing pay on public forum. get your pre- offer letter first. the pay will be indicated and you can easily reject it if you have another alternative job paying higher. winks

Bruv, what grade is ETA and what is the next grade after that. How long before promotion? And are there other allowances attached to basic salary? Thanks
