Nothing will happen, the poor will always be with us and the rich will keep exploiting them. Remember CNSSL Jos closing down saga in 2011...it's Dejavu all over again. The earlier job seekers start seeing call center gigs as temporary resting places before elevating to better jobs or going the further studies or entrepreneurship route the better for them.

Why make so much fuss over a job 16 year olds can deliver on effectively? Stop underemploying or underutilizing your brains people! Naija is what it is... Harsh! Aim higher and keep hustling people!

It's really disheartening to hear all this unpleasant news about cnssl Mayfair. Worked there for about 2 years and they have the worst managers from the scruffy face Ayo to the skirt chasing GM (Debo) and the badoo Kunle I hail o, hope say your ministry don dey go permanent site. The said adebayo guy is a businessman and I liken him to GEJ who surround himself with bad advisers. The schedule is okay to me but why pay salary of a previous month 15 days after and you expect service delivery. U can't sow cocoyam and expect to reap cassava

From my analysis, The new working condition is a tightened copy of ISON bpo working conditions currently used at Airtel Ibadan call center.

It's possible that CNSSL used the ISON stunt to change their working conditions by making people believed ISON is taking over.......

This is exactly what happened in Jos call center, where that Satanic Adebayo guy and his demonic sidekick called Ajiga. It got to a point we couldn't take it anymore. We mobilized all CCR's and marched the city of Jos in protest, I cannot forget May 1, 2012. We shut down the call center for 90 solid days while the protest raged until they agreed to talk. When they couldn't stand the heat, MTN ran to the press and announced the shut down of the Call Centre due to "insecurity" according to them. MTN is their partner in crime in all these. I have NEVER for one day regretted participating in that protest, INJURY TO ONE IS INJURY TO ALL. Nigerian youths, its time to wake up, stop complaining and take action. Otherwise this nonsense will linger.

Thank you verry much! I never regretted participating in the protest in Jos. I wish you people complaining will step up and actually protest too. All these complaining won't help u guys. It may seem easier said than done because I know the job market is harsh but would u rather die in this modern day slavery? Imagine new mothers being denied Maternity leave!! Hmmmnnnn una try sha. Imagine what the working conditions would be like had it been other MTN CCRs joined Jos protest...... But no, they kept mute just like Apapa CCRs are keeping mute to Mayfair plight now. Soon it will get to them and they will come here to shout.
