School@Home Educational Consult, implore all parents not leave the carer of their children in the hands of the school alone. Most children needs someone to be with them, explain some difficult concept which was not understood properly in class to them.

Realistically, how do parents want a teacher to cater for the needs of at least 15 students in class (in most private schools). Let me bring this to the awareness of parents, teachers are not only in school to teach; their time is mostly engulfed by some other task.

School@Home is an educational consult which care so much for her students. We search for individual interest, relate it to what the student is learning. We teach morals along side school subjects.

To keep the rest of the story for another day, we are into
1. Home lesson ( Adult inclusive)
2. Home Computer training (also for Adult)..
3. Provision of ICT instructors (part time) for school.
Contact us today to book a sound education for your ward or yourself at a "break bank not" amount.
Telephone: 08074888491 or 07087015131. BBM:7B7E273C. Presently, School@Home is within Lagos metropolis. We look forward to hear from you.

Feedback.
I was at Sunnydale school Ikeja today for written test. The names of shortlisted candidates was written on a board. They were the ones who replied and acknowledged properly the receipt of the SMS sent by the same medium. Those who didn't reply or replied by other media were disqualified. Test on logic and intelligence was done. Thereafter, we wrote application letter because according to her more graduates approach professional CV writers. She stressed the importance of teachers following instructions. They promised we would get feedback before the end of the month. She also complained about people not having emails or using numbers that are not available.

True bro the hustle is so real out there cos the number of graduates seeking employment is so massive and i must tell you not all the online application for jobs are invalid, some are valid because I have applied for jobs online and have gotten interview invites from top schools both in Lagos and Ogun state schools like Starling school lekki Lagos, Trinity international college ofada Ogun and so on but I haven't got any feedback from them so we just have to keep trying and not give up on ourselves, I believe by God's grace we shall make it.

Your analysis of the above job description is so very correctly. No one could have said it any better. I've said before to all those who care to listen, the only thing that gives full vent to an employer's ego is the applicant's desperation. Maka why?

An organisation is looking for one able-bodied human to teach three A'Level subjects (Physics, Chemistry, Biology). Like seriously? shocked
Even the so-called Univ dons are not programmed to teach every aspect of their own course for the sake of specialization. A microbiology lecturer is either specialised in virology, bacteriology, mycology, food microbiology, or industrial microbiology.

Honestly, I'm 100% with you on this. It's not advisable one takes a job where one is unlikely to succeed. Forget all those meal-time jokers who would 'push' you to accept a suicidal job in the name of 'Unemployment is rife' 'the hustle is real'. It's only frustration that will make an engineering student to do his I.T in a police station. Since inception, those who believed in God & in themselves have never failed. Yours will also be a success story.

When an employer pays peanuts as salary, he often gets monkeys as staff. Honestly, it's not the fault of those school owners who pay graduates peanuts, but the fault of the graduates themselves who ask for it.

Most interviews I've been to, the way & manner our 'so-called' graduates behave is abysmally unacceptable. Hian! First, you would hear an engineering graduate telling an employer that he can teach Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and Agric Sci. Bros! Are you related to Albert Einstein ni? .

Sometimes, it's a graduate that will try to score cheap point with a fellow graduate by poking holes in the former's presentation. Mr ITK, your case dey court. Often times, it's another graduate stammering, stuttering, and trembling like an epileptic patient just because of micro-teaching. Haba! You no defend your project for school ni?

A few others don't even value the certificate they are carrying about, as if they went to school during the era of free education. If not why should an employer 'price' me for 20K and I wouldn't be able to give him a scornful look? Shey 20K is the cost of my acceptance fee or just the hand-outs I bought in the Univ?

Finally, the 'imaginary' unemployment situation has so scared a lotta graduates that they have become anywhere belle face. I used to tell people, if you sell yourself cheap just because you're hungry, never will you get your pride back even when the hunger subsides.

The summary of my 'epistle' is that value yourself.
- It's how you carry yourself that others will receive you.
- No matter the situation of the economy. A person who originated from the lineage of lions shouldn't settle for grass. If graduates now begin to accept 20K for a job, in what way are we better than those factory workers who collect anything 'supervisor' pays.
- Whenever we go for job interviews, let's try as much as possible to be fully prepared so that those employers wouldn't have the cause to ridicule our hard-earned certificate.
- All those ITKs that usually poke holes in their fellow graduates presentation just to score cheap points. Blowing off another man's candle wouldn't make yours shine brighter. Ehn! Make we dey try protect each other's back because an injury to one is an injury to all.

P.S: That criminal on this forum who scammed me of over 100K, if you no pay me my hard-earned money on the 2nd of Sept, the thunder wey go fire you still they do press-up. You always tell me that you read whatever I post here, and so I'm using this medium to warn you of my wrath that knows no bound. Once I get you, I'll expose you on this same forum where I met you. A word they say is enough....
