It is not a biss key enabled decoder.it is totally locked by mytv with many securities.

are you asking about the Champion decoder or champion TV?

if it is about the decoder then yes the Champion decoder is 100% FTA decoder
i have one now

it support any FTA channel,HD or SD all work well on it
you can input Biss keys in this decoder ,so any biss keys channels will also work on Champion Decoder
if you have working CCcam,newcam,Xcam,wecam,Redcam,GScam,sucam,staractive,SS-IPTV then it support all as well
dongle or AZsky,A+ all support

yes champion HD decoder can take any fta channels just like strong decoder. But for u to watch champion tv, its only their decoder to be used
