Well brov i understand your taughts,especially when you don't have a fixed income.but if you read the scripture that commands us to pay our tithes you may get to realy understand that its needs to be complete.just my opinion anyway.

You are not paying your tithe to please God, whether you pay your tithe or not, God will still love you unconditionally, you are paying tithe because of what you stand to gain from it and not what God will gain from it. Don't think that God will hate you or deny you anything because you refuse to donate for him so to say as most Christians make it look so... lol. naah, but you stand to gain a lot if you really understand what tithing is all about. Why are people who are literate can read bible? Anyway in the old testament, God purposely set a tribe out of the twelve tribes of israel to work in his temple. Those tribe are called levites. God said to the Levites, i am your share for you shall not have any possession on earth. They had nothing but just to remain in God's temple day and night. Num 1 vs 47-end. Moses told Joshua before he died not to give anything to the levites in the promised land. Those people are the ones that does sin offering, peace offering etc to God. Because they have no land or work except God's work. GOD commanded the whole 11 tribes of israel to bring 10% of their harvest to the priest and levites in the temple so that there will be food in his house. Numbers 18 vs 20-end. So when the other 11 triaes refuse to bring tithes, the levites cried to God and that was was brough about malachi 3 vs 6-12 where pastors quote to collect your last kobo. God has stopped the work of the levites by sending Jesus to die for sin and bring salvation. IM TIRED NOW. TO BE CONTINUED.

NO you have not commited any sin. Tithing is not a christian requirement. I was introduced as part of the law that governs the levitical priesthood. Now that Christ our High priest has arrived we are no longer under the Levitical arrangement Hebrews 7.
