I am catholic, if there is anything i learnt from his visit it is avoiding confrontation and appreciating our differences rather than tolerating it. You speak of a man who happily lets a moslem say prayers for him, yet here you are bashing your fellow christain brothers. You can correct someone without having to insult them. A commercial plane is chartered when the pope needs to travel and the cost is usually subsidised by the travelling journalists. This is a lot cheaper than owning a private jet. No state has bought a jet for the pope.
