Since that is the only result you have so far

When I did my own registrations last year I just got admitted so I used 0.00 as CGPA

So just put in your first semester results as your CGPA

If it's your first time registering on Scholastica you will have to print and take it to your HOD to sign to confirm your CGPA and upload it

Am sorry for misinterpreting your question initially

1. Since your first semester results are not available then put 0.00 as CGPA

2. About the ID card issue try to upload any school document with your passport photograph on it or your health center card

Guy use 100 level, because some schools are yet to finish 2014/2015 academic session, and if you use 200 level, it will barr you the chance of applying again next year in case you didn't get it this time around.... I am in the same shoes as you... I rep UNN (Medicine and Surgery)... we have already resumed for 2015/2015 session....
