The new perm secrs & ministers each don't know the EXACt information PMB has about the inner workings & loopholes for leakages in each ministry, so they have no choice but to be upfront.

Now, we'll see how they'll collude to steal public funds.. grin

PMB already knows where all the bodies are & the burial sites...

The strategy is sterling and will keep everyone on their toes, including the ministers.

With the TSA implementation, PMB already has a snapshot of each ministry's financial position so there will be less cover for any mago-mago.

The plan is so ingenious, I wonder how people didn't see it,when I told the people around me I believe that is one of the reasons for the delay in ministerial appointments, they felt it was too far fetched, now they are looking at me like I'm privy to PMB's plans!! grin

Of course PMB isn't daft as those calling him dullard. Many of them can't even succeed as a class captain, yet he keeps proving them wrong that no matter how many newspaper, blogs you created to peddle rubbish against me, am still 100%. better than your pained loser former President.
The man is wise and won't want to totally trust a Minister not to be carried away with songs of praise of sycophants who will later make them want to steal.
Prepare the ground for them for easy achievement of CHANGE.
