Good day sir, I'd want to head down to school to get my transcripts & certificate next month. I intend using the whole of December to do that, I just want to know if staffs would go on break or take leave next month. I really don't want a situation where I'd travel & not meet some staffs because the session has ended so I thought I should ask you. Thanks.

The last time we helped someone do that even at a fee it was hell, we paid generous tips yet the system was still hellish. Do let us know your experience, university closes 23rd December.

Medical clearance starts 23 November ceteris paribus, you can travel down if you wish.

Original birth certificate is not necessarily required.

Your problem was just logged in yesterday evening, will take maybe 2 more days to be resolved but if you want to come to School tomorrow then safe journey, not much is going to happen though till next week, check your emails.

They don't need any photocopy at the admission office. Take d original of your O'level cert, jamb original result, eligibility form, admission letter, one passport photograph and school fees receipt.
