90 Verses In The Bible Say Jesus Is Not God by Nobody: 10:53pm On Nov 17, 2015
All four Gospels record Jesus as saying,"Blessed are the peace-makers; they will be called sons of God."The word ‘son’ cannot be accepted literally because in the Bible, God apparently addresses many of his chosen servants as ‘son’ and ‘sons.’ The Hebrews believed God is One, and had neither wife nor children in any literal sense. Therefore, it is obvious the expression ‘son of God’ merely meant ‘Servantof God’; one who, because of faithful service, was close and dear to God as a son is to his father.Christians who came from a Greek or Roman background, later misused this term. In their heritage, ‘son of God’ signified an incarnation of a god or someone born of a physical union between male and female gods. This can be seen inActs 14: 11-13, where we read that when Paul and Barnabas preached in a city of Turkey, pagans claimed they were gods incarnate. They called Barnabas the Roman god Zeus, and Paul the Roman god Hermes.Furthermore, the New Testament Greek word translated as ‘son’ are ‘pias’ and ‘paida’ whichmean ‘servant,’ or ‘son in the sense of servant.’ These are translated to ‘son’ in reference to Jesus and ‘servant’ in reference to all others in some translations of the Bible. So, consistent with other verses, Jesus was merely saying that he is God’s servant.Additional problems with TrinityTo a christian, God had to take human form to understand temptation and human suffering, but the concept is not based on any clear words of Jesus. In contrast, God does not need to be tempted and suffer in order to be able to understand and forgive man’s sins, for He is the all knowing Creator of man. This is expressed in the verse:‘And the Lord said: ‘I have surely seen the affliction of My people that are in Egypt, and I have heard their cry because of their taskmasters; for I know their pains.’(Exodus 3:7)God forgave sin before Jesus’ appearance, and He continues to forgive without any assistance. When a believer sins, he may come before God in sincere repentance to receive forgiveness. Indeed, the offer to humble oneself before God and be saved is made to all humankind.‘And there is no God else beside Me; a just God and a Savior; there is none beside Me. Look to Me, and be saved, all the ends of the earth; for I am God, and there is none else.’(Isaiah 45:21-22, Jonah 3:5-10)Biblically, people can receive forgiveness of sins through sincere repentance sought directly from God. This is true at all times and in all places. There has never been a need for the so-called inter cessionary role Jesus plays in attaining atonement. The facts speak for themselves. There is no truth to the Christian belief that Jesus died for our sins and salvation is only through Jesus. What about the salvation of people before Jesus? Jesus’ death brings neither atonement from sin, nor is it in any way a fulfillment of biblical prophecy.Christians claim that in the birth of Jesus, there occurred the miracle of the incarnation of God in the form of a human being. To say that God became truly a human being invites anumber of questions. Let us ask the following about the man-God Jesus. What happened to his foreskin after his circumcision(Luke 2:21)?Did it ascend to heaven, or did it decompose as with any human piece of flesh? During his lifetime what happened to his hair, nails, and blood shed from wounds? Did the cells of his body die as in ordinary human beings? If his body did not function in a truly human way, he could not be truly human as well as truly God. Yet, if his body functioned exactly in a human way, this would nullify any claim to divinity. It would be impossible for any part of God, even if incarnate, to decompose in any way and still be considered God. The everlasting, one God, in whole or in part, does not die, disintegrate, or decompose: ‘For I the Lord do not change.’(Malachi 3:6)Did Jesus’ flesh dwell in safety after his death?Unless Jesus’ body never underwent ‘decay’ during his lifetime he could not be God, but if itdid not undergo ‘decay’ then he was not truly human.Bible says that God is not man‘God is not a man’(Numbers 23:19)‘For I am God, and not man’(Hosea 11:9)Jesus is called a man many times in the Bible‘a man who has told you the truth’(John 8:40)‘Jesus the Nazarene, a man attested to you by God with miracles and wonders and signs which God performed through Him in your midst, just as you yourselves know.’(Acts 2:22)‘He will judge the world in righteousness through a man whom He has appointed’(Acts 17:31)‘the man Christ Jesus’(Tim. 2:5)The Bible says that God is not a son of man‘God is not a man nor a son of man’(Numbers 23:19)The Bible often calls Jesus ‘a son of man’ or ‘the son of man.’‘so will the son of man be’(Matthew 12:40)‘For the son of man is going to come’(Matthew 16:27)‘until they see the son of man coming in His kingdom.’(Matthew 28)‘But so that you may know that the Son of Man has authority’(Mark 2:10)‘because he is the son of man’(John 5:27)In the Hebrew scriptures, the ‘son of man’ is also used many times speaking of people(Job25:6; Psalm 80:17; 144:3; Ezekiel 2:1; 2:3; 2:6-8;3:1-3).Since God would not contradict Himself by first saying He is not the son of a man, then becoming a human being who was called ‘the son of man’, he would not have done so. Remember God is not the author of confusion. Also, human beings, including Jesus, are called ‘son of man’ specifically to distinguish them from God, who is not a ‘son of man’ according to the Bible. The Bible says that Jesus denied he is GodJesus spoke to a man who had called him ‘good,’ asking him, ‘Why do you call me good? No one is good except God alone.’(Luke 18:19)And he said to him, ‘Why are you asking me about what is good? There is only One who is good; but if you wish to enter into life, keep thecommandments.’(Matthew 19:17)Jesus did not teach people that he was GodIf Jesus had been telling people that he was God, he would have complimented the man. Instead, Jesus rebuked him, denying he was good, that is, Jesus denied he was God.The Bible says that God is greater than Jesus‘My Father is greater than I’(John 14:28)‘My father is greater than all.’(John 10:29)Jesus can not be God if God is greater than him. The Christian belief that the Father and son are equal is in direct contrast to the clear words from Jesus.Jesus never instructed his disciples to worship him‘When you pray, say Our Father which art in heaven.’(Luke 11:2)‘In that day, you shall ask me nothing. Whatsoever you ask of the Father in my name.’(John 16:23)‘The hour cometh and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth; for the Father seeketh such to worship him.’(John 4:23)If Jesus was God, he would have sought worship for himselfSince he didn’t, instead he sought worship for God in the heavens, therefore, he was not God.Jesus worshipped the only true God‘that they might know you, the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom you have sent.’(John 17:3)‘he continued all night in prayer to God.’(Luke 6:12)‘Just as the son of man did not come to be served, but to serve’(Matthew 20:28)How did Jesus pray to God?‘he fell with his face to the ground and prayed, ‘My Father’(Matthew 26:39)‘During the days of Jesus’ life on earth, he offered up prayers and petitions with loud cries and tears to the one who could save him from death, and he was heard because of his reverent submission.’(Hebrews 5:7)Who was Jesus praying to when he fell on his face? Was Jesus crying in tears to himself pleading to be saved from death? No man, sane or insane, prays to himself! Surely the answer must be a resounding ‘No.’ Jesus was prayingto ‘the only true God.’ Jesus was the servant of the One Who sent him. Can there be a clearer proof that Jesus was not God?The Quran confirms that Jesus called for the worship of the Only True God:“It is Allah Who is my Lord and your Lord; then worship Him. This is a Way that is straight.”(Quran 3:51)Disciples did not believe Jesus was GodThe Acts of the Apostles in the Bible details the activity of the disciples over a period of thirty years after Jesus was raised to heaven. We call Jesus God because he his part of the Godhead. In Chritianity , the Godhead is seen as ONE GOD. GODHEAD= (FATHER, WORD AND HOLYSPIRIT).

@Op Jesus is different from God the father but he himself is a God and concerning the son of man issue if you look at the son of man that is used for Jesus is in upper case while for other prophet is a lower case

let us look atJohn 3:16"For God loved the world so much that he gavehis only begotten Son, in order that everyone exercising faith in him might not be destroyed but have everlasting life."Ironically, Trinitarians from my personal experience with them rely on this verse (John 3:16) very heavilywhen trying to prove that Allah or Jehovah came down to earth to die for our sins. They claim that Jesus being God's unique son, makes him the only Son for God, which ultimately lead us to the conclusion that Jehovah is Jesus. Also, let us look atHebrews 11:17"By faith Abraham, when God tested him, offered Isaac as a sacrifice. He who had received the promises was about to sacrificehis one and only son...."Abraham had two sons: Ishmael and Isaac. Ishmael was 13 years older than Isaac. Yet we see that"his one and only son"expression was used for Isaac. The Bible uses expressions like this to magnify people or to glorify someone on a certain occasion. The Bible in this verse glorifies Isaac for beingthe chosen sacrifice to God,according to whatthe Jews and Christians claim in their corrupted Bible. So Jesus being God's"only begotten Son"inJohn 3:16doesn't make him God nor the only Son of God.Please visitIsaac and Ishmael in Islam and Christianity. Now, Let us look atExodus 4:22"Thus saith Jehovah, Israel is myson, even my firstborn."Here we see in this verse that Israel is not onlyGod's so called "Son", but also his first born !!. Does this mean that Jehovah is Israel? Does itmean that we must worship Israel as Jehovah or Allah? Of course not !!!Also, let us look atJeremiah 31:9"I am a father to Israel, andEphraim is my firstborn."Ephraim in this verse means Israel. This verseis similar to Exodus 4:22.Let us also look atPsalm 2:7"....Jehovah had said ontome (David), thou artmy Son; this day haveI begotten thee."Here in this verse we see that God not only called David his"Son", but also had made him his begotten Son!!!.Swapping Game:Let us play a little swapping game between the verses ofJohn 3:16, Exodus 4:22, Jeremiah 31:9, and Psalm 2:7.Let us take"his only begotten Son"fromJohn 3:16and replace it inExodus 4:22, and let us take"even my firstborn"fromExodus 4:22and replace it inJohn 3:16.Do you honestly think that the little swap gameabove would change anything in the meaning?Would you still have believed in Jesus as Jehovah if the above swap was true? The above swap proves that the word "Son" doesn't mean actual biological "Son" at all. It just means that Jesus is a "Son" of Jehovah in a way that Jehovah loved him so much that he chose him to be his messenger to the people of Israel.Another Swapping Game:Let us replace"I begotten thee"fromPsalm 2:7, and replace it inJohn 3:16, and take"his only begotten Son"fromJohn 3:16and replace it inPsalm 2:7Again, do you honestly think that the little swap game above would change anything in the meaning? Would you still have believed in Jesus as Jehovah if the above swap was true?Clearly, the above swap proves that the word"Son" doesn't mean actual biological "Son" at all. It just means that Jesus is a "Son" of Jehovah in a way that Jehovah loved him so much that he chose him to be his messenger to the people of Israel.Jesus worshiping his God:Let us look atLuke 5:16"And he (Jesus) withdrew himself into the wilderness and prayed to his God."Here we see that Jesus had a God, a supreme God, who is higher than him and stronger than him. Jesus was God's servant and he prayed to God so God would strengthen him more and reinforce him with patience and desire to continue his mission inspreading the word of God Almighty. Also, let us look atMatthew 26:39"And going alittle way forward,he (Jesus) fell upon his face, prayingand saying 'My Father, if it is possible, let this cup pass away from me. Yet, not as I will, but as you will.' "Here in this verse we seetwo things: (1) Jesus bowed down on his face and prayed in submission to his GOD in obedience. (2) Jesus was begging his GOD tolet the cup pass away from him. Jesus did nothave the power to will it for himself and make the cup pass away from Jesus. GOD had to doit for Jesus !. How can Jesus be the Creater of this Universe, the all knowing, most powerful??!!Also, let us look atMatthew 26:42"Again, for the second time,he (Jesus) went off and prayed, saying: 'My Father, if it is not possible for this to pass away except I drink it, let your will take place.'"My comments on this verse are similar to the above one(Matthew 26:39), Jesus begged his GOD to will what Jesus wanted to happen. Jesus couldn't will it by himself. Also, let us look atMatthew 26:44"So leaving them, he (Jesus) went off and prayed for the third time, saying once more the same word."Here we see that Jesus for the third time begged his GOD to will what Jesus wished for inMatthew 26:39above. How can Jesus be the Creater of this Universe if he (1) begs, and (2) lacks power??!!

some parts of the bible are still correct... They did not remove the whole contents as they keep re editing it... The question you should ask yourself is "WHY DO YOUR LEADERS KEEP CHANGING BIBLE CONTENTS?"... Does that mean God made mistakes and they are trying to edit it?

And how do u no wat is true and wat is corrupted?

U clearly just picking and choosing based on belief not evidence.

What leaders are changing it's contents, u probably mean some people are changing the doctrines and theology to fit their beliefs.

U quote verses wer jesus speaks of sons of God nd verses where he calls God his father. That's not islam, jesus in he Quran never taught he is a metaphorical Son of allah nor did he teach we are metaphorical sons of Allah.

In Islam concepts such as son of Allah doesn't exist, it's not allowed.
Also in Islam where does any1 call Allah a father.

U should rather go with "it's corrupted " then try to change the hebrew meaning of Son or Father.

U also say the hebrews believe God is one, but don't mention they believe Yahweh is the One God. Then u still quotes numerous verses out of context over and over again.

If someone quotes the Koran out of context u will be the 1st to say something

so you mean quran is the complete word of God and if that is true why is it the bible is the one that first exist let me tell you the truth some of the words in quran was brought out of bible. and lastly I don't understand your point about Jesus is God or not so wat are you trying to derive, if you believe Jesus is not a God that doesn't change him from being God, you are not to decide who is God or not but I have shown you where Jesus said we should honor him as we honored God. so to me Jesus is God, I rest my case

Throughout this period, they never referred to Jesus as God. For

Jesus died and was resurrected and ascended into heaven, your Prophet descended into the grave to never return, what did that show ?

Not miracles of the Prophet PNUH but his followers. Jesus did great miracles too, he died rose up and went to heaven, but not just that he trained others to do miracles. Which miracles have other Imams done ?

There is neither upper nor lower cases in the "Son of Man" Theory. All humans constitute the Practice. "Son of God" is God. The Transformation passes through the processes of son of man.

NIV:So, because Jesus was doing these things on the Sabbath, the Jewish leaders began to persecute him.
17
NIV:In his defense Jesus said to them, “My Father is always at his work to this very day, and I too am working.”
18
NIV:For this reason they tried all the more to kill him; not only was he breaking the Sabbath, but he was even calling God his own Father, making himself equal with God.
19
NIV:Jesus gave them this answer: “Very truly I tell you, the Son can do nothing by himself; he can do only what he sees his Father doing, because whatever the Father does the Son also does.
20
NIV:For the Father loves the Son and shows him all he does. Yes, and he will show him even greater works than these, so that you will be amazed.
21
NIV:For just as the Father raises the dead and gives them life, even so the Son gives life to whom he is pleased to give it.
22
NIV:Moreover, the Father judges no one, but has entrusted all judgment to the Son,
23
NIV:that all may honor the Son just as they honor the Father. Whoever does not honor the Son does not honor the Father, who sent him.
John 5:16-23. this is the reasons why we are adorning our Lord Jesus because this issues you are talking about also happened in the time of Jesus.

And Jesus demonstrated those actions, interactions and movements like a Master and A God, that He was. These are Instructions, Directions and Discernments of God for graduating sons of men into sons of God. May God grant us proper understanding of His words.

Does "I am" means "I am God"? In other words, "It's me" is satanic.

Lol. But that's a misconception of Islam. I watched a TED talk where it was explained that the passage in the Koran taken to refer to 72 virgins actually refers to pristine beauty eg flowing rivers, open meadows etc.Terrorists like heretics in Christianity distort a religion. They are everywhere.
