I think d most developed part of Ibadan is still ikolaba. Just love d estates & windy roads.

A stark contrast to d very many brown roofs in d hilly 'orita merin' near mapo hall. And d old enclaves of places like abebi, where everyone smiles and gists wt u & its like ur in another world. My best part of ibadan. Simply Beautiful.

Ikolaba is nice but not most developed .. Go to new bodija, Jericho. Idi ishin, onireke etc .. You will be wowed

I agree abt d housing projects. However, giving d unemployed money will just breed laziness and its unsustainable.

Well I believe the project in Ibadan is a private sector funded project. Let's just hope Fashola would consider building housing projects like the one you suggested above cos if he can't do it, then we'll probably never find anyone sensible or capable enough to sparehead it again in a long time.
