I sold some materials down to a woman in cotonue, after then she has refused to pay my balance.

Pls is there a way to file a case with someone outside Nigeria

You have to do that in her country of residence which is Benin.

Travel to Benin. Make a police report at any police station there first b4 sueing. Go along with evidence of ur transaction
