I'm a victim of this itel prime dpi thing. I changed by dpi to 180 from 160 via a build.prop tweak. Since then, the phone became unusable because of some com.android.systemui has stopped and launcher3 has stopped errors, which are aggressively persistent. I don't want any advice on how to fix it myself, Please i just want to ask the guys that have had similar experience these two questions:
1. Were they able to fix it for you at carlcare?
2. If yes, please how much were you charged?
3. How many hours/days did you have to wait to get back your tab

How do you expect an android to take you two days (becos u must use it else u would av bought 3310, I don't think the battery capacity is performing below its power, particularly for the price
Lastly it is loud on speaker ooooooooo unless u want it as loud as as a home theater speakers

SOLUTIONS
1. root it (kingroot 4.0.1 or 4.1.0) + 5mb stable data of any network that is fast at your side
2. Drain till about 0%
3. Before it goes off itself delete batterystats.bin (root folder/data/system/batterystats.bin)
4. After it goes off completely, plug it in to a good fast charger
5. Make sure it is off while charging and leave it for 4 hours minimum

NOTE: if u remove it before FULL 4 HOURS UNINTERRUPTED CHARGE don't come back here and ask me any qstn why it performs worse than before o. Make sure NEPA is stable when you will do it
