How do I get rid of dark spots and constant pimples,

hello i really appreciate ur good work. I'm a male with chocolate skin colour presently i'm using palmers cocobuter though its giving the colour i need but i there still some black spots on my face and scars on my skin. Pls what do i do

yes when u mean weekly scrub you could either buy a body scrub from a store like st Ives scrub or kuu spa salt or diy with sugar lemon honey then scrub once aweek,for the other items shoprite should have them or you can contact me I can help

Use a creme soap like dove or Olay or sebamed soapless cleansing bar. When creaming your body do it while it's a bit wet n make sure you rub it in till it disappears.

Perfect white is one of the strongest creams I know in the Nigerian market. It can whiten for as little as 5days of use.

Let me tell you something, there comes a point when creams just won't work for you n that's wen u must let ur skin breathe. If u continue using harsh bleaching agents, u can damage your skin for good.
For now, I'll advice u use fair n white gold number2 with the serum at night and get a good sunscreen for day.

To clear black spots is to bleach the skin.
I prefer to refer cases like this to my office but it's ur decision ultimately.


You can decide to use any cream that contains any of hydroquinone, licorice root extracts, kojic acid, mulberry extracts, arbutin, etc.

A soap by itself is not likely to make much difference on one's skin. Perhaps you were using it in combination with a cream or lifestyle or environment or you were just at a better time in ur skin life. Use any creme soap like Dove or Olay.

Lotions and creams and maybe a regimen is what makes the difference.

Thanks for the good work. I will really be grateful if you and other experienced people help me. my problem is causing me depression and low self esteem. Am naturally fair in complexion!! Yes from my childhood picture and my mums word. I remember when i had to scraped my hair off as one of my new years resolution my head was fairer than my body!! Extremely fairer that i had to wear cap and hats to cover it up.But am very dark like black with a discolouration on the side of my face!! And its darker than my face. I will try as much as possible to state the creams have used and their effects reason why i stoped so you can help me. 1. Bio-clair but it brought me eczema. 2. Vaseline petroleum jelly it increased my pimple and made my face extremely oily which i hate. 3. Cocoderm. Same with vaseline. 4. Cocoa butter. Same problem with vaseline. 5.skin clinique i stoped because after 2 weeks its cloged my pores and gave me pimple and discoulartion. 6.vaseline resilient skin fpr men. No changes on my tone. Am beginning to hate myself. Have been told miss cherie. But i dont wanna risk it again. I stay indoors stupidly unless something very important like academics and hustle. Am ugly. Sometimes when i see my edited and extremely cute pics. I just know am good-looking. I need help from people with experience to a good cream. Please help me. Am planning to get a cream tomorrow. But i dont know which one to. Please quote me so i can get the reply. Thanks
