This is my experience with glo bb customers' service agent. After tweakng my android phone's imei to that of bb, I forget to configure my phone settings. I proceeded to subscribe for 3gig. My money was deducted but the data was not given to me. I called 333, their agent told me that I cannot use bb data on android.and that my money will be refunded. I told her that I have used the data for more tha four month. To my suprise, about 15 minutes later, I received an alert that my glo bb data has been activated.
The fact is that in some countries, tweaking imei is illegal because it has been outlawed. But no law from NCC outlaw tweaking of imei in Nigeria.
