this type of soldier doesn't have time to frog jump or slap a civilian cause he knows he is way up above a civilian cause he has seen it all.

this is the type of soldier that you will offend and he will quietly report you to the police to handle you - simply bc he knows he is way too stronger than you. Av seen it happen.

I bet you you will never see a war veteran that have time to deal with a bloody civilian.

Better ways like? I'm sure the riffles safety is on. He's a trained soldier and he doesn't look cray to me. And I've lots of pictures where American soldiers will be playing with kids and they'll carry their riffle. He's making the kids happy why can't you just commend that and move on.
