The very best option is to source from other network that offer atleast fair enough rate for data bundles. Left for me i have moved on to etisalat, cos i cant come and kill myself on airtel palava.

Only the file less than 1mb can it download

I am observing it too. Tho i dwnloaded 2.3mb video two days back and it was like a miracle.
