actually people want quick money, thats why everyone wants to work in an oil company, commercial firm, telecommunications and so on, so i feel thats why people run from lecturing, but is getting a lecturing job easy?

If you've been seeing girls or your sisters sleeping around for job or materials gains I won't really blame you but if it's by what people say I would suggest that you pray to God to open your own doors, write a professional cv and mingle with the right people who will make your blessings locate you in 2016. some companies do put their email on LinkedIn, just check the ones related to your field.. Write what you can offer (skills) , professional bio and CV. Forward it to them and be hopeful. I know of someone that did it and he's working in a good company now.
