In this design I will like to have a place of my own and also flats to let out. It will be nice to have my building seperate from the tenants building. Concerning the specification, I will like a spacious kitchen , living room and master bedroom. A movie room wouldn't be bad as well if the plan can accommodate it. In the roof of the building I will to have a place of relaxation.
