My laptop automatically connects to my spectranet or smile 4G anytime they are on until yesterday when I left the system in the office and I think someone tampered with the settings. Now my laptop is on and my spectranet is on but I don't have connection on my laptop. The Internet connection icon is just showing a red crossed lines and the list of the available wifi conmections is not showing again. Pls how can I connect |

it means your wifi module has been toggled off, you need to find the WiFi button to toggle it back on. In a case where your laptop don't have that, then you have to use the function key+wifi key. I.e "Fn+wifi" keep an eye on your network icon while you do this, you should notice the difference 1 Like |
